A Taste of Stardust

“Anything to eat or drink?” asked the flight attendant.
“Yeah, could I have a baguette and a glass of campaign?” The flight attendant reached into her cart and pulled out a warm baguette filled with ham and melted cheese followed by a personal sized bottle of Charles Mignon.
“Anything else to drink?”
“No, thank you,” I said enjoying the warmth of my sandwich. I smiled to myself. I love being alone, doing my own thing, buying campaign in the clouds above Canada. I poured the bubbly drink into my cup and offered a silent toast to independence and adventure. Taking the sweet drink to my lips I took the first taste of a new semester.
